About Lacey

“Our Father, the Son and the Holy Spirit is everything.”

I didn’t always walk this path. I didn’t always follow Jesus so closely or yearn to hold His hand. Honestly, it’s only been a few years ago I chose this new life. I grew up in church doing the works and feeling defeat. I didn’t get the memo that you could have a relationship with Jesus. A real one. Was it easy? No. Is it worth it? Yes! I couldn’t imagine living any other way now. His way, not mine. It’s a daily surrender. It’s going against the world and what they believe. It’s honoring Him with everything. It’s loving God more. I’ve battled sickness, cancer, loss, anxiety, worry, panic attacks, rejection, betrayal, persecution, just like most of you reading this. Each trial has brought me closer to Him and I wouldn’t ask for anything to be any different looking back. I’m here to help you go through. I write a lot because I feel a lot. Writing helps me process and get to the heart of the matter. It helps me release, heal and be free.

I am a Jesus lover. I love to journal and write books. I love to gather in prayer. I love to sit on the couch for hours if my children allow to be in His presence. My heart is for everyone to have their own one on one relationship with our precious Father. To hear Him for themselves and to share Him with all. I am the founder of True Love Ministries, a house of prayer in Bourbon, Mo.

My family

I love my husband Justin; he is my rock. He is the most kind, loving and supportive husband. Our growth in Christ has helped our marriage so much. Fun fact, he edits all my books before sending to the publisher.

My children bring me so much joy. I love their hearts for Jesus. Addie is 14. I love watching her on the softball field and my patience, character and self-control can be tested as a mother of a pitcher each game. Hehe. I pray a lot while she is on the mound. Liv is 9. I love getting advice from her…. well sometimes. Hehe. She comes with real truth in her sweet and sassy way. I love to watch her dance and do cartwheels. Fun fact, they both are co-authors with their momma.

My Jesus Team

My momma, auntie and sisters and my “sister friends”. They are who hold me together daily! They are not seen but all over everything I do.
